Shipping Policy
We ship products ordered through AhorraMap to eligible destinations shown during checkout. Shipping availability, cost and estimated delivery time can vary by product, destination and supplier.
Order processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Delivery estimates
Estimated delivery time is normally 5–15 business days after processing for U.S. orders, unless a different estimate is displayed on the product page or during checkout. Supplier and carrier delays can occasionally extend delivery times.
Shipping charges
The shipping charge, if any, is shown before payment. Some products may include shipping in the displayed price. We do not add undisclosed shipping charges after checkout.
Tracking
When tracking is available, the tracking information is provided after the order has been shipped. Carrier scans may take several business days to appear.
Delivery problems
If an order is delayed, lost, arrives damaged, or appears to have been delivered but cannot be located, contact AhorraMap at ahorramap@gmail.com with the order number. We will review the shipment with the supplier or carrier and provide the applicable resolution.
