Returns & Refunds
You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery for eligible products. Items should be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all included accessories. Some products may have product-specific exceptions that are disclosed on the product page or by customer support.
Refunds
After an approved return is received and reviewed, the refund is normally issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. If the original payment method cannot receive the refund, AhorraMap will contact the customer about the available resolution.
Store Credit
If Store Credit is selected or offered as the resolution, the approved amount will be added to the customer's AhorraMap Store Credit balance and may be used toward future purchases, subject to the applicable order terms.
Exchanges
Exchanges are handled when an equivalent replacement is available. If a replacement is not available, the customer may receive a refund under this policy.
Payment status and refunds
For buyer-remorse returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product page or customer support states otherwise. If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the listing, contact us as soon as possible and provide photos when requested; AhorraMap will review the issue and provide the applicable replacement or refund instructions.
Refund processing
Shipping charges are refundable when the return is caused by an AhorraMap or fulfillment error. For a buyer-remorse return, original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law or stated otherwise for the product.
To start a return, email ahorramap@gmail.com or use the Contact page with your order number, delivery date and reason for the request. Do not send an item back before receiving return instructions from AhorraMap. We may refuse returns that fall outside the stated window or arrive used, damaged through customer handling, or missing required components.
